7-28-22 Lake Erie Walleye Fishing Report - PA Waters

Launch Location - Erie, Pennsylvania 

Walleye fishing in the Pennsylvania waters of Lake Erie is still going strong. Bigger walleye have nestled into these cooler summer waters and the average size remains excellent. Steelhead catches have been great as well. Depths anywhere from 65' -110' have produced fish. Dipsy Divers have been most productive when pulling small spoons and shallow diving cranks. The Smelt have been heavy in 80-90'. No signs of coho in the area yet. Good luck fishing!
