Returns and Refunds
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Returns must be initiated within this 30 day window to be processed.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be returned in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need to provide a proof of purchase.
Returning Items Damaged During Shipping
In the event any item in your package arrives damaged, let us know right away. To submit a claim, proof of damage is required. Pictures of the damaged products and any damage to the original packaging are typically required to submit a claim with the carrier. Do not throw away the original packaging until you hear back from us.
To inform us of damaged packages or to initiate a return request, use the "contact us" page or send an email to us at: email@example.com. Be sure to include your order number and the reason for your return request.
The reason for the return will determine eligibility and if a refund is available. If the reason for the return faults Fishing Addiction Gear such as manufacturing defects or similar issues, Fishing Addiction Gear will pay the return shipping. If the customer is at fault, they shall pay the return shipping.
Once we receive back your returned item/items, we will perform a return process inspection. We inspect the returned items for damage, alterations or any signs of use. During this process, we will determine if your item is eligible for a refund. If determined eligible, a refund will be issued back to the original payment method used when your order was placed. Shipping will only be refunded in the event Fishing Addiction Gear is determined to be at fault.
Some of the products we sell on our website are covered by a manufacturers warranty. If you need to review product warranty information before purchasing an eligible item, please use the contact us feature for all inquiries. Warranty claims must be made through the manufacturer.
