Scotty Rod Holder with base. This is the rod holder that is used on the command center caddy systems. These rod holders can be added to an existing unit to convert it into a command center! Stainless steel hardware will be included. These can mount right to the top of your existing unit with a drill and phillips bit! They are adjustable  up/down and rotate 360 degrees. Rod holders can be removed from the base at any time. Made from high strength black nylon! These can also be used anywhere on your boat and the base is a two position deck top or side mount.
